Refund Policy

RETURNS 

We don't want you to be dissatisfied with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied please contact us and we will kindly offer a refund on the item. We cannot take back earrings due to hygiene reasons so make sure before buying that they're what you want.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process
1. Request a Return

  • Email us at returns jermina@goldenbliss.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  • Return to the address we will provide to you.
  • Drop off your return package at any authorized shipping location.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges :

Get Rich in Faith is committed to customer service and we are a small business so at the moment the purchaser pays the cost of return charges to Get Rich in Faith. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have been received by Get Rich in Faith please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund. 

 

MISSING PACKAGES:

If your package shows that it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us and advise us of the missing package. Next, please file a claim with USPS and we will also file a claim on your behalf and will reach out to keep you updated with the next steps regarding insurance, reshipment etc.

 

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
